Students start at Staar for a duration of 3 months. They are taught various styles in Bollywood from slow beats, to fast numbers. After the duration of 3 months, the teacher makes the decision on who would graduate to Staar Intermediate and who could graduate to Staar Seniors. The best of the group would be the ones selected to go and perform at various events.

 

Staar Academy focus is to make sure that the best students make it to the stage . The chance is given to all the students to go home practice and exhibit their talent. After the intial selection process of which students will be in which group. Additional training will be given to those groups apart from regular ongoing classes to ensure that their dance moves are perfect, inturn making sure that when they go on the stage they go as confident Staar Dancers to represent our school. Its important for parents to realise that the name of the Academy grows, the teacher has visibility and last but not least the students representing the school have confidence when they get on stage and help them build their personality as Staar Dancers.

 

Staar Academy will be having an annual event in the month of August to show case the talents of all the students. All students in respective batches would be given a chance to go on the stage and perform. Parents  would be able to witness their respective childrens performance.

 

Senior group students who are with the Academy and performing exceptionally well would be given a chance of becoming a Trainee Teacher Assistant so that they can get involved in teaching in the classes. After the management feels sure enough that the Trainee is confident of handling classes on their own , they would be given chance to teach or take multiple batches.
